In order for the hair dryer to play an effective role in blow drying and styling, to achieve correct, reasonable and safe use and to extend the life of the appliance, the following matters should be noted when blowing:
(1) The blower must be used at the power supply voltage specified on the nameplate. The three-wire electric hair dryer should be properly connected to the ground wire.
(2) When using a hair dryer, its air inlet and outlet must be free from obstructions; otherwise, the use effect will not be achieved, and the appliance will be overheated and burned out.
(3) When used to dry wet hair, the air outlet of the hair dryer should be a certain distance from the hair (not less than 50mm) to prevent clogging of the air outlet and burnt hair. At the same time, to avoid leakage of water vapor generated when drying hair to affect the insulation strength, it is important to maintain a certain distance for safety.
(4) Before using the hair dryer, try to switch the hair dryer from the "hot" position to the "cold" position as far as possible in order to cut off the power of the heating element first. Then let the remaining heat of the electric heating element blow out with the help of cold wind, so that the internal temperature of the hair dryer is reduced, and then all the power is cut off. This can slow down the internal insulation aging of the hair dryer and prolong its service life. When placed on the table at the same time, it is not easy to burn other objects.
(5) The blower should not be used continuously for too long. It should be used intermittently to avoid overheating of the electric heating element and the motor. The hair dryer should be placed in a dry place when not in use at all, and should not be placed in an open or wet place. When it is taken out after long-term use, the insulation resistance should be checked first, and it can be used normally when it meets the requirements to ensure personal safety during use. Due to the dust in the air, although many electric hair dryers have a filter at the air inlet to protect them, they cannot prevent dust with very small particles, and not all electric hair dryers have a filter cloth. To this end, dust must be cleaned regularly to prevent blockage of air ducts and damage to components.
(6) Do not throw the hair dryer at will. The electric heating element and the motor will be damaged due to mechanical shock. At the same time, do not easily disassemble it to avoid damaging the parts. In order to ensure the normal use of the hair dryer, the bearing part of the motor and other rotating parts should be regularly filled with lubricating oil.
